For hazardous locations. Designed and approved for applications in hazardous environments having certain explosive gases or materials present. Rugged cast-iron frame and conduit box. Wattsaver - Picture Cast-Iron Frame, Premium efficiency, Severe-duty. Efficiency values meet most utility companies rebate programs and exceed the Energy Policy Act (EPACT) mandated efficiency levels effective October, 1997. Parallel Shaft - Picture P1100DC Gearmotor, Fractional HP, SCR rated, permanent magnet DC gearmotor. Totally enclosed for continuous duty, general purpose applications. Direct Current - Picture NEMA C Face, Low Voltage, Removable base.
