The KMP transformer can also be used successfully in two-drive applications. (Where individual 6 pulse drives are fed by a comon transformer.) In this configuration, harmonic reduction will be a function of the operating points of the two drives. The better balanced the drives, the better the harmonic reduction.
KMP transformers are applied based on total horsepower of the load(s). Any combination of primary/secondary voltages is available. Products listed in the following tables are suitable for 460V/60Hz installations.
