• Three basic CPU models available with 2.7K or 5K memory; 1.6 microsecond/step execution speed; floating point math; clock/calendar; password protection; and either 20 relay, 20 transistor, or 32 transistor on-board I/O points.
  
  
• Smart expansion system of up to four expansion boards stacked vertically under the CPU with no increase in footprint size. Expansion allows up to 192 total I/O points, 20 analog I/O channels, 4 high-speed counters, and networking capabilities of up to 32 FPM control boards.
  
  
• Other features include battery backed RAM, EPROM or EEPROM program backup, eight high-speed interrupts, and simple personnel computer programming.
  
  
• All inputs and outputs have status indicating LEDs; four additional LEDs on the CPU indicate operating status.
  
  
• Operating voltage 24 VDC; ambient temperature range 0° to 55° C
  
  
• Control outputs (1 Form A relay/point) rated 2 amps @ 250 VAC, 10 milli-second maximum response time; (transistor, NPN) rating up to 0.8 amps @ 24 VDC depending on ambient temperature, response time less than 1 millisecond ON time and 100 microseconds OFF time.
  
  
• Pulse outputs (45 to 5000 Hz) for motor control and single-axis motion control.
  
  
• Analog I/Os of 0 to 5 volts, 0 to 10 volts, and 0 to 20 milliamps.
  
  
• Serial communication output RS232C with seven selectable baud rates from 300 to 19,200 bits per second. All models feature modem communications for remote programming and diagnostics.
